Location: 100% Remote (United States)
Employment Type: Full-Time Direct-Hire via Accel DNA
Compensation Range: $180,000 – $220,000 Base + Equity

Design, orchestrate, and deploy production-grade multi-agent autonomous workflows using CrewAI and LangGraph for enterprise process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop hierarchical multi-agent collaboration pipelines automating complex multi-step enterprise workflows.
• Implement deterministic guardrails, structured JSON outputs, and self-reflection loops for reliable tool execution.
• Integrate agents with internal REST APIs, SQL databases, and cloud document repositories.
• Build observability and telemetry tracking for token costs, latency, and agent task success rates.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of Python software development experience with at least 18 months focused on LLM agents and orchestration.
• Hands-on expertise with CrewAI, LangChain/LangGraph, Pydantic, and FastAPI.
• Familiarity with prompt caching, vector retrieval, and human-in-the-loop escalation patterns.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
