Compensation Range: $205,000 – $245,000 Base + Equity

Lead the architectural vision for multi-agent hierarchical orchestration, autonomous consensus protocols, and distributed task decomposition across enterprise pods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect hierarchical planning networks where supervisor agents decompose high-level business goals into sub-agent execution graphs.
• Design inter-agent communication protocols, shared memory synchronization, and consensus arbitration engines.
• Develop deterministic recovery strategies preventing agent deadlock, hallucination loops, and runaway execution costs.
• Represent Accel DNA as an industry thought leader on agentic AI engineering, authoring technical whitepapers and pod blueprints.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of distributed software architecture experience with 3+ years pioneering multi-agent systems and LLM orchestration.
• Expertise in graph-based computation frameworks (LangGraph, Temporal.io, AutoGen, or custom actor models).
• Deep understanding of planning algorithms (MCTS, Tree of Thoughts, ReAct) applied to neural language models.
• Demonstrated history architecting scalable enterprise platforms handling high transaction volumes.
