Compensation Range: $165,000 – $195,000 Base + Performance Bonus

Shape enterprise data architectures to feed modern generative AI and predictive analytics platforms, transitioning legacy warehouses to unified open lakehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate enterprise data strategy transforming unstructured and structured enterprise data into high-value AI lakehouse assets (Apache Iceberg, Delta Lake).
• Design real-time and batch feature engineering workflows feeding continuous embeddings and real-time inference models.
• Establish unified semantic data layers and data cataloging standards enabling autonomous agent data discovery.
• Define total-cost-of-ownership (TCO) benchmarks and governance roadmaps for cloud data modernization initiatives.

What You Bring:

• 6+ years in data strategy, lakehouse architecture, or enterprise data management.
• Expertise in modern lakehouse ecosystems (Databricks Unity Catalog, Snowflake Cortex, Apache Iceberg).
• Strong ability to translate strategic business objectives into scalable data engineering architectures.
• BS/MS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
