About Accel DNA

# The Premier Data, AI & Analytics Talent Partner

Born in New York City, Accel DNA is North America’s dedicated specialist recruitment
agency bridging enterprise demand with world-class Data Science, Machine Learning,
and Agentic AI talent.

## Our Mission & Technical Differentiator

At Accel DNA, we believe hiring in the artificial intelligence era cannot be left
to traditional generalist recruiters who rely on surface-level keyword parsing.
As organizations transition from predictive analytics to autonomous agentic workflows
and production LLMs, the cost of a mis-hire is catastrophic. We combine deep practitioner-
led technical vetting, automated algorithmic assessments, and an international network
of onshore and nearshore talent to deliver high-performing teams in days—not months.

## Our Four Talent Delivery Models

### 1. Permanent Direct-Hire

Full-cycle talent search for core engineering, research, and leadership headcount.
Retained and contingency search backed by comprehensive candidate guarantees.

### 2. Contract & Staff Augmentation

Agile technical contractors to accelerate sprint delivery, scale model fine-tuning
pipelines, and bridge immediate enterprise skill shortages.

### 3. Dedicated Agentic AI Pods

Pre-assembled, cross-functional squads (AI Architects, Multi-Agent Framework Engineers,
and MLOps Leads) delivering production pipelines in 10–14 days.

### 4. Nearshore Cost Arbitrage

High-caliber Latin American (LATAM) AI and data engineering squads working in US-
aligned time zones with 40–50% cost efficiencies.
