Hire via Accel DNA**Compensation Range:** $180,000 – $220,000 Base + Equity**Hiring

Design, orchestrate, and deploy production-grade multi-agent autonomous workflows
using CrewAI and LangGraph for enterprise process automation.

## Key Responsibilities:

 * Develop hierarchical multi-agent collaboration pipelines automating complex multi-
   step enterprise workflows.
 * Implement deterministic guardrails, structured JSON outputs, and self-reflection
   loops for reliable tool execution.
 * Integrate agents with internal REST APIs, SQL databases, and cloud document repositories.
 * Build observability and telemetry tracking for token costs, latency, and agent
   task success rates.

## What You Bring:

 * 4+ years of Python software development experience with at least 18 months focused
   on LLM agents and orchestration.
 * Hands-on expertise with CrewAI, LangChain/LangGraph, Pydantic, and FastAPI.
 * Familiarity with prompt caching, vector retrieval, and human-in-the-loop escalation
   patterns.
 * BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
