**Location:** 100% Remote (United States)

Hire via Accel DNA**Compensation Range:** $225,000 – $270,000 Base + Executive Package**

Lead enterprise-wide strategy for AI sovereignty, compliance, and risk management,
establishing governance frameworks for safe deployment of autonomous AI across Fortune
500 clients.

## Key Responsibilities:

 * Formulate comprehensive enterprise AI risk frameworks aligned with NIST AI RMF,
   ISO 42001, and emerging global regulatory mandates.
 * Oversee automated guardrails implementation preventing IP leakage, PII exposure,
   and unauthorized autonomous actions.
 * Partner with C-suite executives, legal counsel, and data science leaders to define
   ethical AI guidelines and acceptable use policies.
 * Chair the Enterprise AI Review Board, evaluating third-party foundation models
   and high-impact deployment proposals.

## What You Bring:

 * 8+ years of technical leadership in AI governance, data privacy, or technology
   risk management in regulated industries.
 * Deep understanding of LLM vulnerabilities, jailbreak vectors, copyright risks,
   and data leakage channels.
 * Proven executive presence with experience advising board-level committees and
   technical engineering teams alike.
 * Advanced degree (JD, MBA, MS) in Technology Policy, Computer Science, or Law 
   preferred.
