A prominent healthcare technology enterprise is searching for a visionary **Lead
AI Product Strategist** to bridge clinical domain expertise with state-of-the-art
Generative AI capabilities. You will define product roadmaps for compliant, automated
patient documentation and multi-modal diagnostic assistance tools.

## Key Responsibilities:

 * Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for internal and customer-facing
   generative AI tools.
 * Translate complex enterprise operational workflows into discrete AI agent tasks,
   prompt chaining architectures, and user interfaces.
 * Collaborate with ML research leads, compliance teams, and clinical stakeholders
   to enforce strict HIPAA, FDA, and privacy guardrails.
 * Define quantitative KPIs for generative AI ROI, including reduction in documentation
   cycle time, task automation rate, and hallucination avoidance.

## What You Bring:

 * 7+ years in technology product management, with 2+ years leading GenAI, ML, or
   conversational AI product roadmaps.
 * Strong understanding of LLM capabilities, context windows, prompt engineering,
   and RAG architectures without needing to code daily.
 * Exceptional executive presence and proven track record of influencing cross-functional
   C-suite leadership.
 * Experience in regulated industries (Healthcare, Life Sciences, or FinTech) is
   a strong advantage.
