Build ultra-low-latency, bidirectional conversational voice agents leveraging real-
time speech-to-speech models and WebSocket streaming architectures.

## Key Responsibilities:

 * Develop sub-500ms voice-to-voice pipelines integrating real-time ASR, LLM streaming
   inference, and expressive TTS models.
 * Implement interruption handling, turn-taking prediction, and background noise
   suppression algorithms.
 * Integrate voice agents into enterprise telephony systems (Twilio, WebRTC, SIP
   trunking).
 * Evaluate conversational coherence, acoustic quality, and task resolution rates
   across call center deployments.

## What You Bring:

 * 5+ years in conversational AI or audio processing with strong Python and C++ 
   or Rust fundamentals.
 * Experience with WebRTC, LiveKit, Whisper/Deepgram, and streaming LLM APIs (OpenAI
   Realtime, Gemini Multimodal Live).
 * Understanding of audio codecs, jitter buffers, and packet loss concealment in
   network streaming.
 * Proven experience shipping production conversational voice products.
