Hire via Accel DNA**Compensation Range:** $170,000 – $205,000 Base + Bonus**Hiring

Define and enforce enterprise AI safety policies, bias audits, jailbreak defense
systems, and regulatory compliance standards across generative applications.

## Key Responsibilities:

 * Establish comprehensive AI governance frameworks aligned with the EU AI Act, 
   NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001.
 * Conduct structured red teaming campaigns against enterprise LLM deployments to
   identify prompt injection and PII leakage risks.
 * Implement programmatic input/output safety classifiers (Llama Guard, NeMo Guardrails)
   in production inference routes.
 * Author transparent AI model cards, audit documentation, and explainability disclosures
   for corporate stakeholders.

## What You Bring:

 * 4+ years in AI governance, trust & safety, or ML risk engineering.
 * Strong working knowledge of adversarial prompt attacks, jailbreaking patterns,
   and mitigation techniques.
 * Familiarity with automated evaluation benchmarks for truthfulness, toxicity, 
   and bias.
 * Exceptional written communication and technical translation skills for executive
   and legal audiences.
