Our client, a high-growth enterprise AI automation platform backed by tier-one venture capital, is scaling its Core Systems team. They are searching for a senior-level Staff Agentic AI Engineer to design and deploy autonomous, multi-agent reasoning workflows that handle mission-critical corporate operations with robust deterministic guardrails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, test, and productionize multi-agent systems using state-of-the-art frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and semantic kernel architectures).
- Develop robust human-in-the-loop (HITL) error recovery loops, self-correction protocols, and multi-step tool-calling verification pipelines.
- Integrate agent toolkits with heterogeneous enterprise systems (APIs, SQL databases, vector indices, and document stores).
- Implement observability, tracing, and token economics monitoring using LangSmith, Phoenix, or Arize AI.
- Mentor senior and mid-level AI engineers on asynchronous Python patterns, state machine designs, and deterministic LLM evaluation suites.
What You Bring:
- 6+ years of production software engineering experience with at least 2+ years dedicated to LLMs, reasoning agents, and orchestration architectures.
- Demonstrated production expertise in Python, FastAPI/gRPC, LangGraph, Pydantic, and asyncio.
- Deep understanding of agent memory strategies (short-term state, semantic long-term recall, hierarchical task planning).
- Hands-on experience deploying containerized AI workloads on Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, or AKS) with cloud security compliance.
