Lead the architectural vision for multi-agent hierarchical orchestration, autonomous
consensus protocols, and distributed task decomposition across enterprise pods.

## Key Responsibilities:

 * Architect hierarchical planning networks where supervisor agents decompose high-
   level business goals into sub-agent execution graphs.
 * Design inter-agent communication protocols, shared memory synchronization, and
   consensus arbitration engines.
 * Develop deterministic recovery strategies preventing agent deadlock, hallucination
   loops, and runaway execution costs.
 * Represent Accel DNA as an industry thought leader on agentic AI engineering, 
   authoring technical whitepapers and pod blueprints.

## What You Bring:

 * 7+ years of distributed software architecture experience with 3+ years pioneering
   multi-agent systems and LLM orchestration.
 * Expertise in graph-based computation frameworks (LangGraph, Temporal.io, AutoGen,
   or custom actor models).
 * Deep understanding of planning algorithms (MCTS, Tree of Thoughts, ReAct) applied
   to neural language models.
 * Demonstrated history architecting scalable enterprise platforms handling high
   transaction volumes.
